Orders coming in late Fridays and weekends usually go out by Monday or Tuesday.

We ship via United States Postal Service, FedEx, and UPS Ground. We choose your shipping agent based on amount of your order and fastest delivery time. It is our intention to get your order to you in 6 days or less, depending on your location. However, sometimes there are unexpected delays such as severe weather.

USPS delivery is approximately (1) one to (5) five days from time of shipment to anywhere in the Continental USA. However this is not guaranteed and USPS operations and policies are out of our control. Obviously, we are always seeking better options. International Orders generally take 4 to 5 days longer than continental USA orders, but sometimes other delays may occur for international delivery.
Note: Any order over $100 may be shipped UPS due to the value of the order and insurance available on the shipment.
Most orders arrive in approximately 1 to 6 days from time of shipment. If you order online and give us a good E-mail address then you will receive a confirmation E-mail telling you how your order was shipped.
International orders can take as long as 4-6 weeks, longer if held in customs. Unfortunately once your order leaves our warehouse we have no control on the amount of time it takes to deliver your order.
Note: International orders will ship via FedEx.

Orders coming in later Friday afternoon through the weekend will usually be processed and shipped out the following Monday or Tuesday.

Wonder Laboratories is not open on the weekends so holidays that fall on the days before or after a weekend may impact expected shipping times for orders. Orders placed during a holiday will ship 1-2 business days after the holiday.
Specific holidays that do impact shipping times are Thanksgiving Weekend. These delays are both due to the last open day for the warehouse is the Wednesday before Thanksgiving and orders that are not processed in time for that afternoon's pickup will be processed the following Monday. Delays may also be experienced during this time due to the volume of sales that occur over Black Friday and the following Cyber Monday events.
Christmas and New Years may also impact shipping times if those holidays occur immediately prior or after a weekend. Shipping companies also experience higher than normal package volume during the Christmas period as well.
If you would like to have your order shipped out and received faster, you may request expedited shipping service for your order.
Expedited shipping can be a significant increase in costs. Orders are shipped from zip code 37188 and most orders are 1-2 lbs.
If you would like expedited shipping on your order, just continue to place your order online and use the "Comments" box during checkout to request that service. All expedited shipping requests (Next Day, 2nd Day or 3rd Day) SHOULD also follow-up via a phone call before 1:00PM CST to confirm availability within required shipping time and to confirm the additional costs for expedited shipping that will be billed to your credit card.
Before any shipping change is confirmed, we MUST verify your order weight and costs and contact you with an estimate for approval before your order can be shipped with the requested changes.

At WonderLabs.com, you're in control. The address you give us goes directly onto the label. Please double check your shipping address during checkout. Occasionally, customers forget to include their apartment number or accidently include a typo in their zip code. Wonderlabs can't be responsible for any lost packages which are incorrectly addressed due to customer error. Again, we generate our shipping labels from the information the customer provides us, so if you give us an incorrect or incomplete address (incorrect zip code, missing apartment/suite/office number/name, etc.) and your package is lost or returned to us, you will be charged shipping to have the package(s) re-shipped. For customers who elect to cancel their returned orders, the order is subject to any cost incurred by us. You accrue a separate shipping fee each time we have to re-ship a package that is either incorrectly addressed or re-routed back to us due to customer error.
If you contact us after your order has been placed regarding an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, we will make every effort to correct your information prior to your package being shipped. However, once your package has been processed and shipped, we cannot make address corrections to your package. If your package is re-routed, returned or lost, all policies listed above apply. Please take care to insure your correct address is entered into our system when ordering.

Our prices do not include taxes and tariffs. Customers outside of the United States may be subject to customs fees and/or import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office or tax authority for information specific to your situation. Additionally, when ordering from Wonderlabs.com, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.
Based on the country into which you are sending the products, you may incur Customs charges levied at the time your package reaches the destination country. You are responsible for these charges. These charges or import duties may be due at the time the package is retrieved by the recipient. Customs charges are typically based on the actual value of your order, which will be based on the commercial invoice that accompanies your order. The recipient will also be responsible for any additional charges for Customs clearance. Please check with your local authorities before placing your order to determine what duties/taxes (if any) may be imposed.
Certain countries impose restrictions and require special licenses/forms for the import of health care products. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so please contact your local Customs office for further information. Where documents are required prior to shipment, Wonderlabs will ship products once the documents have been received via fax machine or email.
Important: We cannot refund shipping fees if your order is returned to us by your country's Customs authorities. Also, additional shipping fees may be imposed to have products returned to the United States. You will be responsible for these additional shipping fees should they occur. If you are uncertain whether a particular product can be shipped to your country, we suggest you check with your Customs authorities before ordering. By placing an order, you acknowledge you understand and accept these terms and conditions.
International shipping charges will be calculated for each order individually at the checkout page. International shipping charges start at $9.99. All International shipments will be charged postage costs calculated by weight and destination. US currency only. Sorry, our free shipping offer does not apply to International orders.
CARRIERS AND SHIPPING METHOD: Wonder Laboratories primarily now uses UPS for our international shipping. We may use other shipping methods from the USPS as needed or in some situations. We do not ship to Indonesia or Nigeria under any circumstances!
Your order may be subject to credit verification at the discretion of Wonder Laboratories. We verify the shipping/billing address information you provide before processing your order. If the information you provided disagrees with your credit card company's records, your order may be delayed or held. Wonder Labs Customer Service will contact you if your order is being held and provide you with instructions. Failure to reply or meet the conditions of these instructions will result in automatic cancellation of your order within 10 business days. These policies are designed to protect our customers and business against credit card fraud. We apologize in advance if they present any inconvenience.
Note: Be sure to check your Spam/Junk mail filters for emails from our Customer Service (firstname.lastname@example.org) team to help eliminate any delays in processing. If your email program has the ability, you can whitelist that email address so future emails won't get caught by your spam filter.
It is the responsibility of our customers to make sure that they are allowed to import health care products from the U.S. If Customs in your country returns your order to us, we will refund to your credit card your total, minus your shipping charges to you and back to us (as we must pay our carrier the same shipping charge to return your order back to us), plus any other amount Customs may have charged us for holding, processing and returning your package.

Wonder Laboratories manufactures most of the products we sell, so it is a rare occasion to have a backorder on these products. Items we do not manufacture are subject to an occasional backorder. In the case of a backorder our policy is this:
If you have ordered several products that are in stock, and others that are to be backordered, we do not hold your whole order until everything is in stock. We ship all items available, then ship, at no additional charge, backordered items when they become available.
In the event that any of your products arrive damaged or you receive the wrong item, please call 1.800.992.1672 or E-mail our Customer Service Department at firstname.lastname@example.org within 48 hours. DO NOT DISPOSE OF ANY DAMAGED PRODUCTS until you contact Customer Service for instructions, as we may require return of the damaged goods. In case of damage we will ship a replacement promptly. If you have ordered incorrectly, we will ship the correct item once we have received the incorrect product.
