I was having increasing neurological problems from 2 back surguries 10 years ago. I had resolved myself to being in a wheelchair before much longer as I could no longer feel my feet,my left leg was completely numb and the right one was getting worse every day. The pain and spasms and nerve fireworks were getting intolerable. After having bloodtests that showed I was slightly deficient in B12, I asked to start B12 injections. My doctor was surpised that I wanted to, he didn't think they would help me at all. But I was ready to do anything to feel better.I certainly didn't expect the results. After 8 Injections I began to feel my feet again and with each injection I regained more and more feeling. But I still had the pain and spasms and fireworks. I take 1 tablet every day, and I haven't felt like this for years and years. No pain- no spasms - no fireworks- I can walk without falling or tripping. I don't have any of the lower back pain I have had for nearly my whole life(I'm 52). I can sleep at night-all night-and the fog of depression I was in is gone!
