General Shipping Policies for Domestic Orders
Depending on the volume of orders, orders generally ship within 2-3 business days from the date of receipt of your order.
Orders that come in late Fridays and weekends usually go out by Tuesday or Wednesday.
Please allow approximately 1 to 6 business days from date of shipment for delivery depending on size of order and distance from Tennessee.
At present we only ship United States Postal Service or UPS Regular
(If you want your order shipped next day, second or third day air you pay all shipping charges). We use the shipper we feel will give you the best delivery time
and the best guarantee of delivery based on the amount of your order.
It is our intention to get your order to you in 6 days or less, depending on your location.
However, this is not always possible.
NOTICE... Due to shipping rate increases, beyond our control, Wonder Laboratories shipping rates are subject
to change without notice.

UPS Delivery Time
Most orders arrive in approximately 1 to 6 days from time of shipment. If you order on-line and give us a good E-mail address then you will receive a confirmation E-mail telling you how your order was shipped.
USPS Delivery Time USPS delivery is approximately (1) one to (5) five days from time of shipment to anywhere in the Continental USA. However this is not guaranteed and we have no control over this.
International Orders take 4 to 5 days longer than continental USA orders.
Please refer to the chart above or below for estimated delivery times for UPS. The visual diagram below can be used to estimate the transit time. Please remember to add one day for order processing when calculating expected delivery time.

SHIPMENT CONTRACT & TRACKING:
We will charge you the shipping fee each time to re-ship any package that is either incorrectly addressed or re-routed back to us due to customer error. We generate our shipping labels from the information the customer provides us, so if you give us an incorrect or incomplete address (incorrect zip code, missing apartment/suite/office number/name, etc.) and your package is returned to us, you will be charged shipping to have the package(s) re-shipped. For customers who elect to cancel their returned orders, the order will be subject to any cost incurred by us.
Wonderlabs.com is not responsible for any lost packages which are incorrectly addressed due to customer error. Again, we generate our shipping labels from the information the customer provides us, so if you give us an incorrect or incomplete address (incorrect zip code, missing apartment/suite/office number/name, etc.) and your package is lost, wonderlabs.com is not responsible.
If you contact us after your order has been placed regarding an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, we will make every effort to correct your information prior to your package being shipped. However, once your package has been processed and shipped, we cannot make address corrections to your package. If your package is re-routed, returned or lost, all policies listed above apply. PLEASE TAKE CARE TO INCLUDE YOUR CORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS.

International Orders; Cost, Requirements, Customs and Declarations
ALL INTERNATIONAL ORDERS ARE SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS
If you are ordering for the first time and your order (product and shipping) totals more than $100 US Dollars
you will need to complete the following before your order will be shipped. Fax
(877.992.0820) or E-Mail the front page of your credit card statement (monthly statement/bill sent to you),
or a copy of the front and back of your credit card, along with a utility (water, electricity,
or gas) bill indicating your billing address. SEE CREDIT CARD VERIFICATION BELOW!!!
International Shipping Charges:
All International shipments will be charged postage costs calculated by weight and destination, plus a handling charge of $4.95. US currency only. Sorry, our free shipping offer does not apply to International orders. Our prices do not include taxes and tariffs. Customers outside of the United States may be subject to customs fees and/or import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office or tax authority for information specific to your situation. Additionally, when ordering from Wonderlabs.com, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.
CARRIERS AND SHIPPING METHOD:
Wonder Laboratories ships via Priority Mail International or First Class Mail International (based on weight) and UPS Worldwide Express.
If you request UPS shipping, UPS charges $70.00 - $90.00 more than the United States Postal Service. We do not ship to Indonesia or Nigeria under any circumstance!
Credit Card Verification:
International Customers
If you are ordering for the first time and your order (product and shipping) totals more than $100 US Dollars

the owner of the credit card. Please note that, unlike credit card purchases originating
within the U.S., we can't verify your address electronically or by phone, so this
extra step is necessary to authenticate you as the actual credit card holder. Once you
have placed your order, please fax (877.992.0820) or email ( attachment to
orders@wonderlabs.com) these documents
to us ASAP. Your order will be shipped out once we have received one of the above set
of faxes or email attachments. Please note that this requirement is only for
international customers ordering for the first time. If you have
ordered from us before, you don't need to fax us your credit card information.
Note: If
you are faxing us a copy of your credit card statement, you may delete any purchase history from
this document. All we need is your credit card company's logo and address, your name and address,
and the last 4 digits of your card.
International Shipping Restrictions:
It is the responsibility of our customers
to make sure that they are allowed to import health care products from the U.S. If
Customs in your country returns your order to us, we will refund to your credit card your total,
minus your shipping charges to you and back to us (as we
must pay our carrier the same shipping charge to return your order back to us),
plus any other amount Customs may have charged us for holding,
processing and returning your package. For example, if you ordered $200.00
worth of products, and your
shipping charge is $30.00, for a total of $230.00. If your order is returned to us, and
Customs charged a $5.00 quarantine fee then your account will be credited $165.00 because
we would have incurred $65.00 in shipping and customs fees that must be paid by us. Once
again, please check with your country's Customs officials to make sure you are allowed to
import nutritional supplements from the U.S.

Based on the country into which
you are sending the products, you may incur Customs charges levied at the time your
package reaches the destination country. You are responsible for these charges. These
charges or import duties may be due at the time the package is retrieved by the recipient.
If you fail to pay them once your order reaches your nation's Customs offices, we will bill
your credit card for them. Customs charges are typically based on the actual value of your
order, which will be based on the commercial invoice that accompanies your order. The
recipient will also be responsible for any additional charges for Customs clearance.
Please check with your local authorities before placing your order to determine what
duties/taxes (if any) may be imposed.
Certain countries impose restrictions
and require special licenses/forms for the import of health care products. Customs policies
vary widely from country to country, so please contact your local Customs office for further
information. Where documents are required prior to shipment, Wonderlabs will ship products
once the documents have been received via facsimile or mail.
Important: We cannot refund
shipping fees if your order is returned to us by your country's Customs authorities. Also,
additional shipping fees may be imposed to have products returned to the United States. You
will be responsible for these additional shipping fees should they occur. If you are
uncertain whether a particular product can be shipped to your country, we suggest you
check with your Customs authorities before ordering. By placing an order, you acknowledge
you understand and accept these terms and conditions.

Backorders Wonder Laboratories manufactures most
of the products we sell, so it is a rare occasion to have a backorder on these products. Items
we do not manufacture are subject to an occasional backorder. In the case of a backorder our
policy is this: If you have ordered several products that are in stock, and others that are to be backordered, we
do not hold your whole order until everything is in stock. We ship all items available,
then ship, at no charge, backordered items when they become available. |

Damaged or Incorrect Items
In the event that any of your products arrive damaged, or you receive the wrong item,
please call 1.800.992.1672 or E-mail our Customer Service Department at
service@wonderlabs.com within 48 hours.
DO NOT DISPOSE OF ANY DAMAGED PRODUCTS until you contact Customer Service for
instructions, as we may require return of the damaged goods. In case of damage we will
ship a replacement promptly. If you have ordered incorrectly, we will ship the correct
item once we have received the return of the incorrect product.

Return Policy
If you are dissatisfied with any product, please E-mail our Customer Service

within 30 days of the shipment date to receive authorization and return
instructions.

Credit Verification
Your order may be subject to credit verification at the discretion of Wonder Laboratories.
We verify the shipping/billing address information you provide before processing your order.
If the information you provided disagrees with your credit card company's records,
your order may be delayed or held. Wonder Labs Customer Service will contact you if
your order is being held and provide you with instructions. Failure to reply or meet
the conditions of these instructions will result in automatic cancellation of your
order within 10 business days. These policies are designed to protect our customers
and business against credit card fraud. We apologize in advance if they present any
