Soybean phosphatide complex containing a minimum 35% (420 mg) of important phosphatidyl choline which is equivalent to 65 mg of natural choline with other naturally occurring components; such as cephalin (phospatidyl ethanolamine), inositol phosphatides (phosphoinositides) and related phosphorous containing lipids enclosed with gelatin to ensure freshness and potency.
Formula 280 provides 3 times more choline than a regular 1200 mg lecithin softgel. As a dietary supplement, take 1 or more softgels daily.
